How can I log in if I don't have access to my MFA device at the moment, or the MFA code is not working?

Use the MFA recovery code that was provided at the time of registering the MFA device (or the last time a recovery code was used). During the login sequence, select "Try another method" -> "Recovery code" from the MFA verification page.

If the MFA device was registered before 2023-05-09, recovery codes were not in use yet. If your MFA device was registered before this date, you will need to reset MFA (contact support for this) and re-register the device.

How can I change my registered MFA device?

Depending on the authenticator, it may be possible to install the authenticator app on a new device and continue using it as before. Please find out if your authenticator app supports this. If not, you will need to reset the MFA and re-register the application.

How can I change my MFA app?

If you wish to switch to a different authenticator app, you will need to reset MFA first. Contact support to do this. After the reset, you will see the MFA registration page during the next login attempt, and from there you can register the new application.
